Well, this is the last, first birthday celebration for Cecelia! Our dear friends,
Brian and Janelle, offered to host Cece's birthday party (on her actual birthday--December 10th). It was also Cece's and my last night in Charlotte! Some of our dearest friends came to celebrate Cece's birthday and to say good-bye. It meant so much to us to share this special day with such good friends who we have lived life with these past few years!
I forgot to take pictures of our "adult" friends. The picture above is actually a few nights before Cece's birthday with the Burdette's, who were at her party. I guess that just means they all need to come visit us in the Czech Republic! We will miss you all so very much!
Aleisha,Cece is just adorable! I love her little pudgy hands holding onto her Mommy and Daddy and digging into her cupcake -- precious! Can't wait to meet her in person and have her over to play with my kiddos!

Praying for your holiday trips to go well and that you feel His presence all the time. Isn't it amazing what God has done in a year in your life? Thanks for your example to the rest of us.
